We often face different health problems, most of us since childhood. We can learn to create a balance in our body so as to prevent the appearance of many diseases.
Many factors affect our lives, and are those we often ignore them, especially when we feel good, but there are factors related to our immunity.
It is normal when we lack certain minerals or vitamins, or in situations when are increased, all sorts of problems occur and our body, which is quite complex will not function very well, causing headaches, dizziness, various problems which relate to organs and more.
